When the fluid flows normally, the arrow shaped plug will open independently, and the channel will be unobstructed; When the fluid flows back, the plug will immediately close to ensure that the fluid does not flow in the opposite direction, thereby protecting the safety of the pipeline and equipment. The valve body is generally made of materials such as cast iron and ductile iron, and the material of the insert plate is the same or similar to that of the pipeline. The rings with sealing performance at both ends can ensure the sealing performance. The selection of springs should be based on different situations to ensure sufficient spring force when the valve is closed, so that the plug plate can be completely closed without water leakage. When installing an arrow check valve, it should be ensured that it matches the diameter of the pipeline and the plug plate is aligned with the centerline of the pipeline.

The installation direction of the arrow check valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and the plug plate should not be opposite to the pipeline.

Before installing the arrow check valve, the pipeline should be flushed to remove impurities, dirt, etc. inside the pipeline, ensuring that the interior of the pipeline is clean.
